Don't go by that list. Just use www.000webhost.comThey offer a generous amount of space and bandwidth along with all resources needed that a few free hosts don't offer. They are run by a paid host which is how they can provide free hosting without any advertisements. I normally use them to test a lot of my stuff before adding to my paid hosts.

If you already have your own domain than it is free to add it to their servers.

If you don't have one it normally costs between $10-$20 per year depending on where you register it.
Are you uploading a lot of files or just a few? If you are uploading a lot you can use a ftp program, if not you can use their file manager. A link to it can be found in the cpanel.

Go here: members.000webhost.com/Login and go to the cpanel for that subdomain. True Divine... just wondering where you got the name from?

u can access your FTP off servr as well...i have a acct on 000webhost....and one on 110mb.com i like em both but 110mb gives me like tons of bandwith i dont need lolz if you open your documents on your computer, then click on the address bar, type in ftp://ftpserverhere and it should allow you to access it there.... but easier way is insite.
