I think graphics forums probably die out because there's always the same members & the same resources {generally}. The only thing that really differentiates one from another is the staff & skin. D:
Anyway, G101's on v13? Dear lord.

On a scale of 1 - 10, I'm probably like a 3. Most don't like my style because it's so simple... Plus I have trouble actually coming up with an idea and then executing it. Anything I make is on whim -- totally random. P:

I believe its a watered down version of photoshop yes?
Yeah, way watered down. I haven't used it for a while, but the one thing that sticks out the worst is how there's no layer effects. I think there's a style you can apply that does a white outer glow, but only white. P:

@elii u cant just see all my secrets and have the psd by calling me a ripper :p
Do not want your dirty secret .psd's. D:
In regard to Wrighty; I don't mean that he caused it to close, kronus, I mean he's the only one I knew who had something to do with mAs. I knew he coded it and staffed, but that's it.

I asked my friend and she said they fly.
Well, there we have it. The camel dilema has been solved.
In the mean time, has anyone ever tried to use Photoshop Elements to design -- or do anything productive, for that matter?

And i saved MULTIPLE copies of the .psd file so if anyone calls me a ripper ill wave it in their face.
Ripper. -snark-
Thought it was something to do with the staff... I remembered Wrighty had something to do with it, and that one of the others was thought to be a ripper.
Drama drama drama. You PB guys & your design. ;D {Is a good thing.}

I think it's deliberate. Designers that good don't leave things like that if they're wrong. I quite like it actually.
Yeah, that's what I considered at first, too. Then I thought... It's not obvious enough that it was done on purpose. P:
What I do to get around transparency and misalignment is get out my header, stick the buttons on it and line 'em up, crop from the base of the header to a couple pixels above the buttons, hide the buttons for a bit and make what's left of the header into the menu background, then show the buttons again and crop them individually.
It doesn't always work out right the first time -- it takes some tweaking and adding a certain number of pixels to either side of the button sometimes, but in the end, it's more efficient if done correctly. [:
lol that made no sense.

I used to know why it closed, might have been something to do with their staff -- or not, dunno -- but I've long since forgotten.
That is a nice skin, though. I'm not sure what might be the best, though.

This has been bothering me for a bit, but the menu navigation isn't lined up evenly. "Home" is a couple pixels higher than the others, and a couple closer.
Also, a few of the other buttons are in a similar alignment. "New Thread', for example.
It's an OCD thing.

My style is, as I've been told, simplistic. And considering I don't know what the other styles actually are, I suppose that must be how it is. P:
I just make stuff, don't bother knowing any of the technical terms.
