Just wondering if anyone in the tS community is into keeping fit at all?
I myself used to be an avid runner/rower. Recently started running again to find that im EXTREMELY unfit.

I played Rugby League since i was 4 till the age of 16, which was a great form of fitness. I had to stop playing when i hit 16 due to an injury i had received on my back. According the the physiotherapist if i was to injure it in a similar way again there were possibilities of not being able to walk again.
During the time i played i was also a cross country runner, which had begun in primary school when i was around 9 or 10 and i have still been running ever since. I used to get out and go for a 5km run every morning and sometimes a 15km run of a weekend. Now i only get out for a run once a week if i am lucky.

I used to run a few miles 2-3 times a week, and spend an hour or more doing strength training 2-3 times a week, then I got lazy. Now my main form of exercise is walking the dogs at the humane society. I do run with some of them occasionally, though.

... I'm useless. The only sports-related activity I'm good at is shooting hoops {lol}, golf, and volleyball, and even then I'm not very good compared to everyone else. P: I used to be one of the fastest runners in my grade during elementary school, but then the guys grew up and beat me every time no matter what. xD

I've done karate since I was about five, and then I gave up at twelve a few months into getting my black belt. So basically, I got the belt and quit. xD

There is a black belt among us >_> im scared dont know bout you guys. Im so un-coordinated its actually amazing, i have trouble catch just about anything thats thrown at me. Let along THROWING something

I keep pretty fit. I play tennis and do Krav Maga 2 or 3 times a week along with drums and P.E.

Yeah. They are. Especially if you don't have a double bass drum pedal.

All at different points in my life XD
