Do you mean how much the web site you made for them should cost.
Do you have a live version of it? If so send it to me via pm (as you should not display work that you have made for someone unless they specify it is alright as well). Or pm me more info about what you did and i will help you price it.

How much do websites generally cost? That depends on a lot. -Skill of the graphic designer -Which coding languages are used -What features are implemented -Amount of time it'll take to complete the project -Number of pages -Whether content is included or not The list can go on... For coding, I generally get $70-$500 depending on the complexity. Larger projects can cost several thousand.

To add to the information.
As Yilduz has already stated, there are numerous factors that need to be taken into consideration. In terms of web design companies, you can be looking at an excess of over $2000 - 3000 just for a simple one page web site.
Freelancers generally charge between $500 to $1500 for basic websites of only a few pages.
Most projects are completed on a set rate x amount of money per page, although extra charge can incur if flash or large web scripting has to be added to the page. Some people and companies do work per hour though, which can range fro $16 - $60 an hour.
After the project is complete, if they client requires any updates, more coding or extra graphics, you generally charge by the hour to complete them. A decent freelance price is between $16 - $30 an hour, but it can go up to $60 an hour.

You're starting out in this so you can't expect too much and the coding seems pretty basic. In this industry it seems most of the money comes in the graphics, though. Honestly, I don't think I would have charged $300 for something like that, so you're getting a deal, I think.

Competition is also going way up, which drives prices for most web developers down.
