You may have noticed that our "Tutorial" board is now open to guest view, this is because me and Jye have decided to add our tutorials to some large index's like Pixel2Life etc. This is so anonymous people can view them. For those of you worried that people wont sign up so that they can view them, remember that all our other sections or still member only and both me and Jye feel this is a great opportunity for guests to see what this forum has to offer before they join.

Maybe there could be a few featured members only tuts, with previews, but you have to be a member to see the tut.

Actually, I think more should be opened to guests. Get more indexing on search engines, also people won't join a forum just to see what you have inside. They join because they like what they see and want to be a part of it.
Never let guests post, though, that's just asking for trouble.

I never allow guests to post on a forum unless it is a support board, regarding a custom made forum or something along those lines. In case of errors with user registrations and logins.

I've regretted making guests be able to post.
