I think there are no anti-alias options in PS...
Whenever someone says PSP or PS, I automatically think PlayStation Portable or PlayStation, respectively.
Anyway, to the point -- ORLY?

That's not the easiest, but it's the same principle. =p You COULD use the rounded rectangle, set your px and anti-alias, ctrl+click the icon in the layers window, inverse, then delete that selection from whatever you're rounding-off. xD

I believe all you do is do the smooth part to 15 then invert selection and delete lolz somewhat....

PS has massive smoothing/antialiasing options. The graphic design world basically runs on PS.

How can you be so sure, Xcess... people also use Apo, Bryce, Painter, Paint Shop Pro, etc.
