3 in the morning and i am still awake. Guess i got my sleeping problem back, been like this the past few nights. Every now and then i get a bad sleeping problem, basically can't sleep at all Normally lasts a few weeks.

That is what i think, it has been like this since i was quite young. Never bothered to go to a doctor about it seeing as it goes away after a few weeks. Comes back again a month later

3 am... That's normal. xD And like you said, it'll go away here in a few weeks.
A friend of mine usually falls asleep about then, and wakes up two or three hours later for school, sometimes less if she has to be there early for a certain class. =p It's not that bad. If you go without any sleep at all, your eyes just seem to ache... You don't really notice that the rest of your body is tired. It's weird.

Yeh ive gone without sleep before, im a diagnosed mild insomniac!

My roommate last semester was an insomniac. He always went to bed and stayed there for like 8 hours, but I believe he'd only actually sleep for a couple hours out of that. It definitely went in cycles for him.
